Coastal Loans

Coastal Loans is a joint venture between FBC Mortgage and Holiday Builders providing direct mortgage services to homebuyers throughout Florida. After forming the brand identity in partnership with the builder, I was tasked creating print collateral and display materials for the sales team to use for events, open houses, and business meetings. I wanted to ensure the pieces evoked a sense of trustworthiness that is expected from a financial institution, while still showcasing the whimsy of the Florida coastal lifestyle.
